My in-person sessions are based out of my dedicated counselling room in Nantwich, Cheshire (CW5) within driving distance of local towns of Crewe, Sandbach, Alsager and Middlewich.
The room is a few minutes outside the centre of town and there is ample free parking. I also offer online sessions to folks across the UK via Google Meet or Doxy.
You can choose which way of meeting works best for you - and even swap and change between the two.

Get in touch! I’m most responsive via email, so reach out via the website form or email me directly at carys@outofthewoodscounselling.co.uk. I always respond to every enquiry so if you don’t here from me within 48 hours, please check your spam.
From there, we can arrange a free 15-20 minute introductory phone call. This gives us both an opportunity to get a sense of whether we may be a good fit, for me to share a little information about how I work, and for you to share as much (or as little!) information as you would like to about what has brought you to counselling.
If it feels like a good fit for both of us then we can arrange a face to face or online first session.
