What can you expect from counselling with me?
Feeling overwhelmed or struggling to know where to start? I’m all about being “human first”. That means creating a warm, judgement-free space where you can explore freely - and that our sessions might include a touch of humour or a gentle challenge where it’s helpful. I believe everyone has the potential to grow and change, and together, we’ll work to deepen your understanding of yourself and work towards the place you want to reach.
A human approach
Therapy isn’t “one-size-fits-all,” and neither is my style. I offer integrative therapy, a combined approach that brings together different counselling psychotherapy theories.
Working from a person-centred base, I see you as the expert on your own life. We’ll draw from narrative therapy, existential ideas and solution-focused techniques—whether that’s to tackle specific goals, reshape your story, or to explore life’s bigger questions.
My approach is flexible and responsive, shaped around what works for you.
